Permanent low-profile tracks are installed beside each opening. When a storm threatens, aluminum panels slide in and stack to your configured height, compressing against heavy-duty rubber seals. Water pressure pushes the panels against the seals — the design grips tighter as water rises.
Engineered barrier systems are widely used to protect openings from flood intrusion, and each Rock Shield installation is fit-verified on site. What we won’t do is promise the impossible: no system can guarantee zero water in every event — extreme conditions can exceed any protection. Our job is to meaningfully stack the odds in your favor.
